Whatever your reaction, it’s an area that is ever present in our working lives whether it’s through reference to the enormous body of research conducted by the likes of Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung or through the application of psychological evaluations and feedback tools for personal development, improving working relationships and team dynamics.
During this fun and participative workshop, Tim Jeary of Bowline will introduce you to Insights Discovery, a memorable self-awareness model used by organisations like Astra Zeneca, Phillips, Microsoft, and Pret A Manger.
