Nourish is a new and inspiring season of events at The Field Kitchen focused on wholesome eating. Together we’ll explore some of the key concepts of food and flavour for optimum nutrition.

This first Nourish event will give your body a well-deserved break after the festivities. You’ll savour a healthful tasting menu of up to 10 dishes while elite sports coach and triathlete Richard Smith (MSc Sport & Exercise Science), shares practical nutrition advice.

The tasting menu will explore the broadest range of flavours and food sources to excite taste buds and demonstrate that healthy eating is far from expensive and boring. We’ll also be discussing:

  • The myths of quick-fix New Year diets.
  • How to build long-term healthy lifestyle choices that are both impactful and tasty.
  • Practical evidence-based advice on balanced eating and weight maintenance/loss, including a few simple eating habit step changes that can deliver long-term health benefits.

You’ll leave feeling inspired and keen to try out some recipe ideas, supported by the kind of practical advice you need to make dietary changes.
